Meet Spotty Matute
Spotty is a 11 lb Lhasapoo adopted from the Santa Monica Animal Shelter
He was supposedly found as a stray with his sister Ginger on the mean beaches of Santa Monica. Ginger was adopted by former Santa Monica Mayor Judy Abdo. So both dogs have both illustrious DNA bloodlines and have found homes with civically engaged individuals.
Spotty is getting used to being a family dog. He goes to work twice a week with Wilshire's Dad Juan via an e-bike. Sirinya has also ridden Big Blue Bus with Spotty.
Spotty's full name is Frederick Parking Spot Raul Matute. Raul is a family name. Spotty is named after the late Donald Shoup.

Spotty was a passenger on the Sugar Pine Rail Road near Yosemite. Not happy about it.
On the car ride home from the shelter, Spotty looked forlornly at the underutilized bus stop at the 17th St E Line Station
